PRODUCT, SHIPMENT & PAYMENT QUESTIONS
How long does delivery take to the USA or Europe?
We make use of DHL Express and delivery takes normally no more than 3-5 working days from date of shipping.
Can I make a Paypal payment in a currency other than USD?
Yes, we can load a Paypal payment request in many other currencies, but is not recommended. The rate at which we have to load your preferred currency has to take into account the conversion rate back into USD and then into South African Rand.
Can I pay using Paypal if I need delivery in South Africa?
No, unfortunately not. Paypal does not accept South African Rands (ZAR) and all local sales (orders delivered within the South Africa borders) requires local currency.
How can I place an order?
To enquire about a specific model, simply select the model you’re interested in from the main menu at the top of the website.
Alternatively, you can click on the name of the model listed below to view the available options and submit your enquiry directly from that page.
What can I do if I order a product and it does not fit, is the incorrect product for my motorcycle or I am unhappy with the product received? Will you refund me?
The main reason we do not have a typical online shop where you just drop products in a shopping basket, pay and have no interaction, is so that we can assist and give advice on the correct products and sizes where applicable. If despite this, there are still a problem, we will assist where possible to exchange or refund according to each individual case.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order shipped, we either load your tracking number on Paypal or e-mail it to you.
